The Situation Property owner Takisun properties and RCLCO needed to brand and develop strong community support for this exciting new development that would become the new eastern gateway to Long Beach. 

The SolutionThe developer and property owners engaged Open Door to Name, Brand, and implement a 2 phase approach microsite for the property.  The first phase was to develop buzz and introduce the property to the community.  The second phase added a Social Media section built in Word Press and developed a fully integrated Social Media Outreach Campaign.  We also created custom flash video players, animated avatars, outdoor signage for the property, and directed and produced 2 videos promoting the property.

The Result The project reached maximum exposure and was favored and supported by the community.  Client was Happy!
